QWeekly - What's happening?!

On some days i wake up and i ask myself, "What's happening?!"

Like really, what's happening?!

My standard of living has changed. For better and for worst, all at the same time. Haha. There's only so many days left where i feel "Right! Today i finally have nothing to do, i feel like cleaning the toilet!!!" and there's only so much time left in the day where i feel motivated to clean the floor, which gets dirty right after thanks to Tiffany and Drago. Haha. I guess i just need a part-time maid.

I don't know man.

My life is changing. And i am super duper thankful i have Josh and my sisters and family and friends with me. It's like if not, i might not know who i am anymore. People who loves you wanna see you soar sky-high but you actually need them to keep you grounded mostly.

The other day i was just asking Mich and Zhen if being kind is still "in fashion" Haha. They say only to people who deserve it. How then do we know if someone deserves it or not.

I don't know. Maybe on some days you like this person, you be kind. On other days, you have to decide again. Haha. "Do i wanna be kind to her today?" "But oh god why, she's so irritating"

What makes us think our thoughts on that person is gonna affect anything, anyone, anyway. People might not even give a fuck about us. It's confirmed that most of the time it's just us and our mind fucking ourselves up. Lol. But we just can't stop doing it!!!!! I am guilty as charged.

And i am not surprised if i am being judged like that every other day too. And i accept that. So i urge people to accept it too. That not everyone is going to like you. And even if they do like you today, it doesn't mean they will still like you tomorrow. Haha.

But the up-side i see is, similarly, not everyone is going to care about me enough to dislike me! =DDD And even if they don't like me today, they might like me tomorrow!!! Haha #positivity

Also. I am a bit guilty whenever i see quotes like

"Small minds talk about people. Great minds talk about ideas."

I have small mind ah? =(

But what if the "idea" we talking about here is.. Say for example.. A people-business. Fashion, modelling, blogging, acting etc.

The whole freaking idea is about people. How do you not talk about people when "people" is the "idea".

And they also say "It's nothing personal, it's just business"

But people-business is every bit personal as it is business.

Bah. This is too much thinking in one shot for me. Lolol.

I concluded in my head as abruptly as i am going to move on from this topic, that.. No matter what's happening, you just have to stay close to people you love, who loves you back. And people who appreciate the things you do for them and who will do back the same for you when you need them to.

And most most most most importantly, hang out with people who can be happy for you.

If you can do that, it doesn't matter what's happening, it'd always turn out to be good.

Anyway~ If you read my blog/ follow me on Twitter / Instagram (@bongqiuqiu), you must already know i am playing a small role in the movie directed by Jack Neo ^.^

JACK FREAKING NEO BABEH~~~!!! Lolol. Don't mean to be disrespectful but it is awesome to have a chance to work with him! I mean he's produced a whole lot of recognized and popular local movies that are super well-received overseas as well!

And even thou i am only playing a small role in it, i do know the movie is going to be a blast. Like literately. There will be major scenes, you gotta look out for it when first part of Ah Boys to Men opens in all theaters on 11th November 2012! ^.^

I have one more day to go for the filming of the movie and here's some pictures i've got from my first scene! Hopefully i can show more of the other scenes soon!

With one of the male lead, who's my boyfriend in the movie O.O Haha. Joshua and Jack. Joshua keeps a blog too so if you're keen!

Makeup is very very different from what i'd usually do to myself =X But i don't know, i guess it'd turn out okay on screen! Not used to seeing my own brows defined and skinny. Haha.

I already know i will cringe at myself when i watch the movie. Lolol. Cox i have to act as this shu-nv =X Lolol. Like super mild-tempered and understanding and soft-spoken. WAH buay tahan. LOL. But i still look forward!!! How many people can have the chance to appear on the big screen right!!!

Josh brought us for Slava's Snow Show. You must must must must watch it if you can!!!!! Bring your kids. I swear they'd all love it to the max!!!!! It's the most interactive and engaging show i've been!

While waiting to go in. Lol. Thought it's very atas to snap a picture at their holding lobby.

After many fun parts that we can't take picture of, we finally were allowed to whip out our camera towards the end! And it was the most fun and beautiful part of the whole show!!!!

Josh picked the best seats!!! Our seats were just right where the staircase to the stage was and as i wished, the clowns interacted with me during the show I LOVE!!! Lolol.

And no matter where you're seated, you'd be involved and can join in the fun!!!

QWeekly - Friends, Family and Food

And and, French fries. French fries is the best thing ever. Very random.

I don't have picture of food but i have pictures of my friends and family ^.^

Couple of weeks back we went for a yacht trip. I organised it for my dad's birthday but since we have space for more, i asked along some of my friends ^.^


I got this yacht trip from MOX Deals at an incredible price. It's $1116 (can take up to 23 pax) instead of almost $2033. So if you're gonna share the cost each pax pays slightly more than $45 for a 4hour ride! Thanks to Grand Cruise for this good deal!

QWeekly - The Dilemma

This whole week has been trying!

Not like i have actual problems to worry about haha. Everything has been pretty great actually! I am super thankful i have work lining up, trips that i look forward to and things i can share about!

Every day ends really nicely becox before i zonk out i'd think about the things to be thankful for, and the things i look forward to happen =) I'm quite good at it already. It's a good habit/ practice i picked up from The Secret.

Looking forward to getting The Magic and The Power!

WHO CAN STOP ME BEING MORE AND MORE AWESOME?!

NOBODY. Hahahaha.

Okay so the dilemma i'm facing is.. If there is something that makes me less happier than i am, do i do something about it to get rid of it? I mean i tried to ignore and pretend i am not bothered, but it still keep coming. So do i get rid of the problem?

Or do i just totally not think about the problem? Cox The Secret say the more we think about something, whether we like it or not, we are bringing more of that thing into our lives.

But if i don't stand up to the problem, it's just gonna get worst.

So what do i do?!

I am convinced that The Secret only works with affirmed thoughts.

So i decided that instead of "I don't want the problem to be in my life anymore" i think "I want to live a happy life with only nice people around" ^.^ I guess if the Universe doesn't move to let that happen soon enough like i'd expect it to, somebody has to do something. And who better than myself?

So..... Way to go ^.^ Soon whatever i want will be what it is! =D

Trying my luck here by updating what i did everyday this week!
Monday
Cleaning the house with Darling ^.^ I'm very happy when he does housework with me! Cox when he does, he does most of it. Lolol. When he does not, he simply does not. Lol.

Tuesday
Wendy and Mike came over to our place and we went for dinner! Disgustingly, i'd like to say this is my bf's first 'couple date' with my friend O.O LOL. Although it was just a dinner lolol. I'd like to give him some credit becox he is recently quite keen on opening up himself to my friends. He even wanna go on a JB trip with me, Mich and Zhen ^.^ And also, i take it that Wendy 100% confirm chop that i'm not a psycho becox she dare 单枪匹马 come to my house lolol.

Wednesday
BEST DAY ^.^ Although it was kinda rush. I had to head down town for some advert and then it's super enjoyable cox Mich was helping me with it. And then the rest you saw on the post below already lah. I had to rush home to snap pictures with clothes and all. But now my beauty room so chio (thanks to bf =D) so i don't mind snapping more stuff in it! =D

Thursday
Video editing and blogging day. That's all, pretty 'lax.

Friday
Went to Wah Lok @ Carlton Hotel for my dad's birthday lunch! Their service is like SUPER GOOD! I'm impressed! First they took the initiative to help us change to a larger table with a big space for us to put Baby Yurou's pram and then later they passed a toy (for free. Oh yeah~~~ Lol) to Baby Yurou and everyone is super attentive and friendly.

Service is fast and no mistakes from it, given that we ordered quite a fair bit and with all the add-ons etc, i'm happy they never mess up our order! =D Then never mind, the best part. My mum accidentally dropped her siew mai into her glass of water =.=" When the service staff realise, she immediately went to take a new glass of water for her.

THEN NEVERMIND, THE BESTEST PART. Later, my mum accidentally spill the whole glass of water on herself, the chair and the floor. Lolol. Simi sai luck she have that day, i don't know man.

The service staff (two of them), WITHIN a minute, in fact maybe just half a minute, BAM BAM BAM. One pass towel to my mum to dry up a bit, while the other go bring another chair, then one push the old chair away, one push in the new chair while the other one lay a fresh dry napkin on my mum's table space. BAM, less than 30 seconds, job done, we continue eating O.O Dafug just happened. Lolol.

I'm definitely going back again!!! Their dim sum is major yums with all the best ingredients used ^.^ The only down side is that the suckling pig i ordered didn't have much flavour. But for all the other good qualities they have, i wanna go back soon again ^.^

Saturday
Went for Gentle Paws' 2nd Birthday! ^.^ It's been too long since i last saw MooMoo. I hope he can find a good family soon, people who can be patient with him. Same thing i wish for all the doggies at Gentle Paws shelter =) You can visit their blog and find out more about the stories of the doggies there. They got a bunch of puppies now, CUTE MAX ONE!!! One of them is super affectionate!

Went for Tre (one of Budget Barbie's producers) farewell party with my bf. AHEM. See, people is trying lah =DDD Happy! Anyway I hope Tre will do super well wherever she's headed for! And Wendy did the most hilarious performance live that night. Some musical stuff. Laugh die me lolol.

As you are reading this, i'd be on a yacht i booked for my dad's birthday ^.^ With most of my family members along with Wendy, Mike, Sophie, Alaric, Huiwen, Jayne, Gem, Mich, Monkey, Zhen and Zack =) It's gonna be an awesome day, i already know.
