Problem area. Heels. I bet most ladies have this problem too!!! Dry, cracked heels that hurts after a long day of walking. Other moisturising it, we should also file off the cracked dead skin!

This is how i will do it okay. Above a black piece of board. Got reason one.

Last time i always always use nail-clipper to snip off the dead skin off my feet. But then i realise that the dead skin will grow back EXACTLY AS THICK. In fact, maybe even thicker!

Actually this one is my hand lah. You can see, i tried to remove the dead skin about 4 days ago manually. There are these uneven markings left behind.

I tried to file off the other side and it end up very sore and sensitive T.T So i didn't file the other side.
