This feeling

Do you sometimes feel so happy that you feel sad?

It's like you're really thankful of most part of your life.. Fact that you're healthy (mostly).. That your parents are still in good shape (mostly).. That your career is advancing great.. That you have friends who stand by you.. That one by one.. All your dreams are starting to becoming realities =')))

Plenty of things to be thankful for.

But when you slow down a little bit and think about it.. There are people you wish you could do more for and there are things you wish you could do better. Things you wish you could do sooner!

And it's kinda bad to feel like that becox when you feel like you're not doing good enough.. You'd never know it even if you've already done a good job. It's almost like you always belittle your deeds.

So you feel great but you understand that no matter how great you are.. You're not that great.

But i guess that's why we have to keep reminding ourselves to be grateful. For what we have. Instead of looking at what we don't have. But you know when you can say it, it means it exist, things you have and don't have.. So if you know it, how can you not be reminded of it. Right?

Best chance to be truly happy is when you don't talk about things that reminds you of how fragile your happiness can be.

Some people seek true happiness.. Some find it. Some end up unhappy or alone while trying..

Some other understand that happiness is a choice.

Do you know this feeling..? This feeling when you're making the choice to be happy and ignoring the other aspects of your life that you know can do better..

CoolJapan 100Tokyo - Part 1 ^.^V

"OMG???? OMG?!?!!! OMG!!!!"

This was my reaction when i received the email of invitation to be an ambassador for Cool Japan!

It's an government-funded initiative by Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) to share Japanese contents to the rest of the world! It's basically just to 发扬光大 about the overflowing awesomeness of Japan -WHICH I ALREADY EXPERIENCED AND LOVEEE!!! ^.^V

So METI work with this superbly nice bunch of people from Revamp and selected a group of key influencers from all over the world who love everything about Japanese =D

One of the main highlights for this trip is to attend a launch event for "100Tokyo" it's a collaboration between Google Japan and METI. If you love to look at Japan from different point of view, please feel free to check out 100Tokyo website! Lotsa cool pictures and stuff you'd never seen! =)

Soooo.. This year 2014 it is officially my duty to share with you just how AWESOME Japan is!!! Not like i haven't been doing that already lah. Hahaha.

 This Wendy really very diu lian cox she only slept for 1hr before the flight so she slept during the plane ride and she snored and then later go take chartered van she also snore lolol. I tell her i secretly videoed all her sleeping episode and i will post up a instavideo. Collage of her snoozing. Lolol.

Reached Japan and had to wait for bloggers from The Philippines so our chaperon from revamp, Olivia got us to relax at a random cafe which also by chance serve nice cakes omg. It's like it's hard to find any shops in Japan that serves anything awful wth. Lol.

The team brought us to Ginza Sushikoh within Marunouchi Building (it's directly opposite Tokyo Station only!!!) and it's the BEST SUSHI i ever had!!! T.T Thank you Revamp for bringing us there!

And.. BLOGGER FROM MALAYSIA!!! Hahah! CHEESIE LAH! I missed her so much!!! Especially when she have this baby bump and this is the first time we can touch it!!!

Our first sushi! CAN YOU PLEASE SEE HOW GINORMOUS THIS SCALLOP IS!!!! It's even thicker originally but it's been sliced down the middle and then it filled 3/4 my palm hahah!

Wendy and i asked for aburi (slightly torched) for all our sushi cox i can't take raw food and she tried the raw style the other time and loved it but wanna try how is it torched haha. So we had kinda of a different menu from the rest ^.^ The chefs were so dedicated they remember all the details of everyone's specification. Some say don't want onion, some don't want wasabi, some don't want alcohol, all these little details they will remember!!! I am very impressed!

Stella from Indonesia =) She's funny she drank a little bit and turned super red and happy hahaha!

UNI!!! Sea urchin! I was told not to try it outside of Japan cox it can taste horribly wrong like vomit =XXX So actually i damn skeptical but Wendy tried it at Sushi Koh and swears by it. So i tried!!!

SO THIS.. IS MY FIRST UNI..

AND I LOVE IT!!! It's chilled and taste kinda like sweet and is super creamy like this?!? But the texture is like a melty gummy bear i'd say!!! It burst into sweet cream in your mouth! It's so good that i really will never dare spoil the perfection of image and taste anywhere else but Japan haha.

Fatty belly of a fish.. And i thought this was as melty as fish can get..

Until i tried this fish omgggggggg.... IT IS THE BEST I EVER HADDDD!!!! SO SUPER MELTY AND FAT AND OMGGG. Cheesie say if i ever try the best cut of beef.. It'd taste something like that.

A happy chef makes food that makes people happy =DDD Thank you!!!

I don't know their names but i know they are for sure yummy haha! The last dish was eggy cake!!! I LOVE ITTT!! Wendy gave me her share *HEART EYES* haha!

When you go visit Sushi Koh, don't worry if you don't know what to order. Just point to the picture menu and there's English description of the sushi!

After dinner it was about 10pm and most of the shops are closed BUT.. Don Quixote is always open!!

So three of us damn havoc we went shopping!!!

I bought mostly makeup! Like eyebrow concealer and build-on lip gloss all! Those that i can only find at a good price in Japan!!! =DDD I love Japanese cosmetics cox all the packaging also damn cute haha. Not just that, they suit Asians a lot!!! =DDD And nothing too black and harsh =X I got lotsa brown eyebrow pencil and eyebrow concealers!!! And some milky pink lipstick ^.^

Taiwan Day 3

SUPPP!!!

Last of my Taiwan trip!!! And then i'd update with my trip to Japan!!! =DDD

Omg like this i might as well be a travel blogger dee lol. Haha. I don't think you will mind right. I look chioer when i am overseas. Lol. Okay anyway~ Pictures of some of the things i bought!!!

I also got LOTSA Man Han Da Can instant noodles (with real chunks of meat one!!!) and EVEN more snacks but i bought them after i snapped these pictures so too bad hahaha.

Cool pants and Ronald Mcdonald's onesie for Xiao Pang Dash hahaha. Cat stuff for Sophie the meh cat lol! Clothes for my sister's doggy Chip and Dale. Toys for Tiffany. And hello me packing!

Barbeque pork crisps made to order on the spot!!! And then sealed freshed on the spot omg. From Shilin night market! And the plums Granny planted hahahahaha. And then some traditional Taiwanese snack you MUST buy, 铁蛋!!! I bought like 10 packets in spicy and non-spicy!!! Also, Sun Biscuits for family and people. And some tea for my brother-in-law and second sister =D Oh and these masks!!! Josh got one pack of black masks and i got 3 packs of pink =DDD They have them in printed cute designs also! Got Hello Kitty one also!!! Damn cheap some more!

Doraemon snacks for Yurou. She loved it the most when she was there in Taiwan! I have to find high and low wtf! Not all 7-11 have!!! When i found it i was like OMGGGG I FOUND GOLD!!!! Random Hello Kitty snacks from their convenient stores!!! Pineapple cootarts!

Some dresses for Yurou =DDD Each is only SGD 4 =OOO Can you believe!!! So cheap!!! I wish i can find adult dresses like that =DDD So that we can wear matchymatchy for her third birthday!!!

Totally over-bought snacks but still not giving up one Zi Jing Su. It's a yam pastry. Outside is flaky crust that melts in your mouth, with a nice and light cream in the center and most inner core is a soft and melty mochi WTFFFFF. IT IS SOOOO GOOD!!! I bought like 10 boxes. And filled one side of the luggage with it O.O I LOVE ZI JING SU!!!!

After i packed my luggage i requested.. For Josh to let me go eat Ah Zong Mee Sua again!!! =DDD So i ordered a big bowl this time and dump in lotsa garlic sauce cox earlier in the day i know i have to work so i didn't put in too much garlic hahaha. After this bowl go down i got no friends for 2 years.

After mee sua we went to shop a little bit and then go dabao supper!!! What do you mean mee sua is my supper?! I had mee sua at 9pm! Supper doesn't start until after 10! Lolol. Anyway~ This uncle damn zai one! He fry the egg machiam dancing at zouk like this. Action hen duo. Lolol.

Hotel got no table we boh bian. Close Josh luggage and eat. He damn poor thing lah. Whole luggage is my things =X He didn't buy anything except the cap. Lol. I filled 2 luggages plus 2 duffle bags =X

Okay eat time!!!

Josh's minced pork noodle which was meh, ohr arh jian which was sweet =O I don't like it!!! Carrot cake which is major soft and melty but taste sweet also =O I also don't like it! Why ah! A bit weird one why their food is sweet one. But my lu rou fan is nice!!! =D

But of course favourite park of the dinner was this *HEART EYES* Pan-fried to perfection - Le Hor Bao Dan. Lolol. I just made the hor bao dan sound atas and french.

And after i shower and put on skincare.. I remember to complete the day with EZEE Beauty Collagen Drink!!! Last day today for you to try it at a HUGE discount on Groupon! After that you can buy them from Qoo at a discount or get them at Watsons / Guardian / Sasa =D

Next day me and Josh went to explore the area and roam into small alleys. We love to do that overseas =))) Cox like that we can discover interesting places and sometimes if lucky, we find nice food!

Hop into a small and cozy shop for breakfast. Josh had gong yih 贡丸 which is some kind of meatball that is major huge lol, in clear soup base. It's really simple but i guess it's nice in a simple way =)

Noodle was quite tasteless so he had to add light soya sauce.

Another lu rou fan for me!!!! I love lu rou fan so much i cannot express!!! And each bowl is typically like what.. 80 cents? =OOOOOO I can have 3 bowls at one go!!!

A random corner i've never seen. I hope i get to explore more of Taiwan really! I haven't gone out further than within Taipei city!

And then it's time to head for the airport in our mini van! With the nice girls from Teeni =))) We shop a little more at the airport hahaha. Good job to us girls!!! ^.^V

On the way to the airport.. =) Taiwan is beautiful. Cannot wait to be back there again!

Okay i gotta go rest dee. Tomorrow i am going to Johor Bahru!!! For filming of Budget Barbie. Haha. It's gonna be MAJOR FUN!!! Okay bye bye ah. Lotsa exciting things coming up.
