After i tried Datsumo Labo hair-removal services for my calves, belly, armpits and female-mustache (lolol) i am now trusting them with my arms and thighs!!! The last time i did my calves, you could see a huge difference between my thighs and my calves. Without treatment it's all dry and bumpy with ingrown hair =((( With Datsumo Labo treatment it's smooth and soft!!!

I only had 2 treatments with Datsumo Labo before!

A typical day in my life (for now)

Hey sup. I am sorry i have been so busy i with Valentine's order for Little Thoughts and with Girlymake's new product launch preparation that i haven't had time to blog..

Let me count how many days i haven't blog..

4 days.

=OOO

Actually 3 days only lah. But i cannot one!!! I'd feel like everyone will forget about me and no i cannot deal with that hahaha. Actually i am super thankful that Little Thoughts is growing and doing good! Also Girlymake!!! But it's just i really am very very.. Occupied!

I tell you how my typical day go okay.

Sleep at about 5-6am, sometimes 7am, after doing adverts / packing Girlymake items.

Wake up at about 12pm, sometimes if ah Pearl don't pressure me i sleep until 2pm hahaha.

And then i'd let myself destone for at least 15 minutes cox if i do anything important in that period, i will get into a super rage if i read anything ridiculous in my email/ whatsapp. Lol.

So in that 15 - 30 minutes, i'd browse instagram, check Twitter, browse Dayre, check my blog comments. You know.. Things that i can do without using my brain hahaha.

And then i'd get up, wash up a little bit (by that i mean wash my face lolol), change out and head out.

Sometimes to the printer shop, sometimes to the suppliers, sometimes for events, sometimes just to do factory work at the studio haha. And then we'd be done by 9pm and get home.

Then leh i'd slack for about 1 hour becox if not i cannot get ready for work.

Yeah work again cox at night it's blog work. I don't know, i work better at night.

And then i'd clear as much as i can and it'd be 5am - 6am already.

TA DANG!

How's my day for you?!?!!?

Initially i thought i could get away early March to Korea for 2 weeks haha. But i guess not anymore! So now i only look forward to Japan trip end of March =DDD It's like my lighthouse in life now!

You know last time i never understand why people who are doing well still have problems but now i realise that life is amazing like this. It doesn't matter where you are, what you do, how much you earn, you're always gonna have to think about doing better.

And it's not just better in terms of material things. Better generally just growing up.. Growing older and wiser. And better in terms of how to be a better friend to someone else, better wife, better sister, better daughter, better in your work and just generally be a better person.

Last time i hear "有" 有 "有" 的问题, "没有" 有 "没有" 的问题" It means there are problems when you have. And there are also problems when you don't have.

Now i understand what's the real "wen ti" haha. The real problem is..

When you don't have.. You think of all ways to have. And you keep yourself bothered all day long. Thinking of ways to have. To be more. To have more.

And when you finally have it all, you either still want more, or you worry about how to keep things simple. But i don't look at all of those as problems, like i said. I think life is amazing and i think these "problems" are the creations of everyone's fate. Nobody stops at anything.

We keep moving, keep going =)

So yay! I also keep going lah! I just head-on dash into one day after another, clear all the work and then WOOHOO~ JAPAN HERE I COME!!! =DDD Before that i wanna go to Johor Bahru maybe!

I haven't been to Hello Kitty land lor =(

Anyway the good news is 2014 really seem pretty awesome for me so far O.O A few ambassadorship confirmed, a few in the talking, plenty of ads lined up and also lotsa exciting events coming up!

I CANNOT WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN!!!

But shit. I also cannot wait for things to be over.

CNY Day 5 - 7 ^.^

SUP!!!

I tell you first i don't have any pictures of CNY Day 6 cox it's 开工大吉 at the studio and Josh and i had ah Pearl, Gem and Samantha over to do sai gang and then gamble and then we all went to have a very yummy meal at Yummy Recipe ^.^ I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!

Their food is yummy max (must try their roasted crispy skin chicken!!!!!!) and the manager is major nice =D Always give us free dessert O.O I only wish they for once have barley drink =( It's on their menu but i don't understand why it's always unavailable lol. Maybe they 放爽 on the menu nee. Lol.

Day 4 i had a bad M and i didn't go visit Dash Dash and Wendy with Yutaki and Sophie as planned right. But Day 5 i was like.. WOOHOO~ Time to go see Dash Dash~

BUT THEN I HAD TO HAVE A M AT ABOUT LATE NOON T_______T

So i kinda broke down and all but hey, whatever~ I'm good now! KEEP FIGHTING YES!!!

Wendy cooked for everyone =D I specially requested for her mushroom cream sauceeee!!! Had it for Christmas gathering at her place and it was soooo good!!! With chunks and chunks for mushrooms!!! She also made triple pork fried rice haha. Quite yums!!! While the adults let the feasting begin..

Day 7

After work i went to my dad's place to Bai Tih Gong. Kinda like the heaven's birthday or something.

You know.. Looking at this set up.. It brings back lotsa memories. Year after year, i've never missed a single one. And my dad's been putting these up for decades.

And it's not easy lah. Now already very relax. Last time he will insist on folding all the incense paper into ingots shape. And then whole family have to fold for like 3 days. Lol.

This year it's a little more emotional cox just the night before (which is like my yesternight) my dad called at about 10pm and say he's having difficulties breathing. And have swollen eyes. So he requested to go see the doctor but all the neighbourhood clinics close already mah.

He hate to go see the doctor. And he never requested. It's always we have to force him to go for checkup etc one. But this time he requested so it must be very hard to go through for him.

So me and Josh and Ah Pearl went with my dad to A&E and after all the medication and observations we found out it was an acute allergy reaction but couldn't find out what was the trigger exactly. So now we can only nag him to keep his house clean and to eat everything in moderation etc.

I just wish to bring him to more places, do more new things, see more new cultures of the world =')

And i hope that every year he'd stay healthy.

And i wish for a lot a lot more time. And i wish that forever we don't have to pick up all these traditional rituals stuff and that my dad will be around forever to see to it.

Anyway~

Me and Josh at papa's house!!! I am very thankful for his patience..

Actually recently, thanks to my friend and thanks to Yutak's encouragement, i manage to get a sponsorship to shave off my zygoma and to reduce my jaw line and V-Line in Korea.

But just the night when i was gonna have the tickets to Korea and hotel booked, my dad's episode had to happen so i rushed out without booking. And spend 8 hours just waiting at the hospital with Josh.

For the first time he raise up his concern about me doing something so extensive. I mean he'd go with me if i decided i wanna go but he just ask me to reconsider cox my dad and sister is strongly against it. I thought he'd be okay since he kinda said okay before but now that it's really possible to happen..

I guess he just want me to think if it's really necessary or not. So i had to consider giving this opportunity a miss ='((((( I really wanna do it cox i hate my zygoma and square jawline so much =X

So i took the night to think about it..

And then happen to meet our special guest Xiao Wen at work hahah. Who kinda put it in numbers and facts for me to decide better so i decided to give this opportunity a miss but if a better one comes along i will still wanna do it becox I DO NOT WANNA DIE AS SPONGEBOB SQUARE JAWS!

Yurou who is too smart for her age! I was (again) gambling with her mother ah Pearl. So i ask Yurou "Can i win all your mummy's money?" She say "Uhm.. No" So i was like "Okay.. Can your mummy win all my money?" She say "Uhm.. YES!" So i say "Okay can i win a little bit of your mummy's money and then i buy ice cream for you?" She reply "YES!!!" Hahahaha. So easy to bribe.

And then we eat the "leftover" of what the heavens are done with. Lolol. I don't mind eating leftover everyday lah like this. Cox i love huat kueh. Lol.

Pardon me for my fringe lol. It was supposed to be a cap day.

Okay lah i go sleep dee. Tomorrow going to a praying place to receive my lucky stars and guardian angels. And to send away bad people and bad luck in my life.

I say real one hor.. All these traditions don't know really work or is it they have psychological effect on me. Every year i will go there pray for the same things generally right.

Every year also i do okay, have nice people stay close, and have all the mean people stay away or leave somehow. I hope every year also can maintain like the last two year and only get better =D

Little Thoughts bringing BIG LOVE to you~

You know Little Thoughts have been in business for about 2 months plus now. And honestly i would say we are doing pretty well for a young start up! Not so much my effort, mostly Pearl's.

And i gotta say.. I am starting to like flowers more and more O.O

It does have a very special magical appeal. I mean unless it's hastily put together by companies who does it no longer out of passion but more for commercial gain and just that. I mean yes lah every business is about making profit but i just feel that for floral business you really need love and passion.

This i have to give it to my sister lah. She does every bouquet with much thoughts put into it and tries to understand the needs for customers who ask her to customise something out of our catalogue.

You should see ah Pearl's when they tell her they love her work haha. Like getting a star sticker for her spelling like this what the heck.

So i just wanna thank everyone who gave us the opportunity to be a little tiny (but beautiful! =D) part of the big and small moments of your life =))) We are both grateful!!!

Little Thoughts

Here are some of the new babes we added to the collection of our hand bouquets. I know right, i call them babes cox my sister calls them babe. She say they are very beautiful in their own ways lolol.

CNY Day 2, 3 and 4 =DDD

HOW'S YOUR HOLIDAY!!!

Chinese New Year is really the period i spend most time with my family =') And i am sooo thankful for that. cox other time i just feel like even when everyone's there, everyone have to leave to keep up with daily schedule. Chinese New Year everyone wanna be there and to spend as much time as possible with each other =)))

And there's no work to care about. Okay for me there is quite a lot of work waiting =XXX But it's Chinese New Year so work can wait!!! Omg i am such a Cancerian. Lol. Family time is VERY important to me!!!

Anyway my CNY Day 2, 3 and 4 are mostly good but got a bit of spoiler here and there =(

Day 2 after dinner at Ming's place i went for the yearly movie affair with my family.

Brought them to try out Shaw Premiere and it's their first time =DDD

I was actually really looking forward to it but Shaw Premiere service was a tad disappointing this time round. Service was really slow and the staff repeatedly forget our order.

Other than all the food and drinks ordered, i asked for a round of water for the 8 of us. This order was made 30 minutes before the movie, at the lounge.

30 mins later, the movie started and before that actually the food and drinks order got slowly arrive at our table lah. 15 mins into the movie, i reminded them about the water.

It wasn't served until another 15 minutes later.

And then about 30 minutes before the movie ends, a bill was brought to us. It was for the additional hotdog bun ordered. Cox i already paid for all the food and drinks before the movie.

So anyway the hotdog bun bill was $14+. Josh gave the guy a $50 note.

When the movie ended we all went home right.

WE FORGOT ABOUT THE CHANGE FOR THE HOTDOG BUN!!!!!

And i don't think it was our fault?!?! Like the guy had 30 minutes (or more) to return us the change leh!!! How come he never lah. Our attention was on the movie so i think it's his job to return us the change during the last 30 minutes! And 30 minutes is really more than enough time to prepare a change lor. I cannot think of any other reason why we didn't get our change other than the staff is lazy + slow + a little dishonest. $35+ change, gone just like that.

Sigh i can't believe i love them so much before i even blogged nice things about them. I mean it was good the last two times i was there but this time the service dipped so badly. If this is gonna be the service at Shaw Premiere from now on, i will never visit again. I hope they get back to me quick about the change lor!

My family had a really nice time at the theater nonetheless! The movie SUCKED BIG TIME =X but we heard all the CNY movies this year suck big time so.. No lost on that. My dad was really impressed he say he eat until so big, first time watch movie got blanket, got table and recline chair one =D Niao Niao super duper sick that night!!! Poor her. But i'm happy she still join ^.^

Josh was major sick that day also but already bought his tickets lah so he boh bian have to go. Li En also very hip that night to join our family for midnight movie =D San Jie also first time experiencing premiere movie lolol. I love it!!! Best of all is Ah Bong!!! He sibeh excited even about the ticket stubs as you can see from the picture! He say never see before silver card one hahaha.

Day 3 we went for KTV!!! =D At Chinatown $10 KTV club. It was all okay lah except that we have about 11 pax so the drinks order a bit confusing so the girl serving us got quite irritated and got a bit rude. But then later i tell everyone each time only can order 2 kinds of drinks. Don't confuse people.

With great leadership initiative from me (hahaha) + a small angbao for the lady, everything turn out good! =D My parents also join us!!! Haha. They got a little bored after that and went to jalanjalan.

But surprisingly the one and only person who didn't get bored of 5 hours KTV..

Is this naughty Yurou!!! ^.^ She was dancing / singing / clapping for others who are singing / playing iPhone the whole time. And my dad wanna bring her out to go walkwalk, she also don't want. She wanna be part of the "happening" in the ktv room hahaha. Very promising this girl. Hahaha. Also after her mum or dad sing, she will tell them they did a good job =__= Hahaha.

My dad treat the KTV like his own house. Sit on the floor all.

Lotsa CNY goodies ^.^

Yusheng ^.^ It's a bit sad the Yusheng got no red no brown almost no colour one hahah. And add stupid unrelated items i think the zichar stall run out of ingredients lol.

But got lotsa fish though! =DDD I every year also lao until highest =DDD

Before Yusheng we gamble right. Ah Bong lost all his angbao money and i keep psychoing him to continue playing and even offer to lend him money to play hahahaha.

He keep saying "No, i lost all my money, i learnt my lesson"

I'm like "No Bong, you should never give up. You got hear before what is call 白手起家? They are people who start a business empire with NOTHING. NOTHING! So you have no money now, it's okay. What you have to do is to take $2 from me, make it $6 and then make it $18, how? BY GAMBLING! Soon you will win a fortune. This is entrepunerial spirit!!! Come! Come gamble!"

Hahahahahaha. He didn't fall for it. Damn. Lol.

Day 4 of CNY

Deng deng deng~ Ticket to my new lease of life. Went for my first physiotherapy session at 8.30am.

Josh went with me =)) Actually i sibeh troubled the night before and had really wanted to sleep in cox i forgot about the appointment being really early and at 3.20am i was still awake =OOO

So then i finally sleep at about 4am. Wake up at 7am. 3 hours of sleep = regret later. Becox when i finally get home at 2.30pm after shopping with my sister, i wake up to realise that i slept through a migraine attack. And wake up with the aftermath of a migraine like someone hit me on the right side of my neck with a baseball bat real hard. And also right side of my skull. Thank you god, for letting me sleep through the symptoms. I was soooo thankful.

If you'd count it, only plus point is that my assigned physio doctor looks like young Leonardo Dicaprio in Titanic what the heck lolol. He's a Caucasian so the Chinese auntie in me actually feel a little bit shy O.O Lolol.

I LOVE TAN TOCK SENG'S PHARMACY SHOP!!!!! Got lotsa snacks and gourmet shit!!! =DDD Look at my white cheddar + black truffle popcorn!!! And sea salt caramel popcorn!!! =DDD Also i super happy cox Josh suggested McDee for breakfast ^.^ Which is my favourite ^.^

 No makeup since CNY Day 3 cox give up dee. CNYE, CNY Day 1 and Day 2 i all got put make up lol. That's a bit too much for a lazyass like myself on days i don't actually have to work.

Later i went shopping in town with my san jie and she was superrr excited about this takoyaki at Ion basement. So she ordered to share. When it's here she say "You try, you try first!!! It's damn yummy!"

So i took off my aligners, suck the saliva off them as i would always do..

And then place it on the flap of the cover. As you can see in the picture but you might have missed it if i didn't tell you cox that's why it's call Invisalign hahaha.

Then my 3rd sis was like..

=OOOOOOOO

"You eat the whole thing lah.. You can finish it by yourself"

LOL. Some people are just so fussy!!!

OH WAIT. How can i forget.

Me and Josh went to Frienzie Bistro and Bar at Punggol riverside walk for dinner and IT IS THE WORST DINNER I EVER HAD!!!

Let me tell you about that meal:

Lobster and crab pasta:

More like crayfish and crap. Definitely no lobster. Or it must be a super wannabe crayfish that lied to the kitchen chef and the menu-maker "Yoohoo i'm a lobster, put it down in the menu!" But it must be a crayfish. I mean a cray fish that is so shrivelled and old it looks like it's been chewed by dog who also didn't like it. WORST, the whole freaking pasta is TASTELESS. TASTELESS. TASTELESS!!! The only thing you can smell, is the fishy (chao chor) smell from the shellfish and crabmeat.

Escargot:

It was supposedly to be simmered in like wine and garlic butter and cheese etc. But i'd tell you how i think it's prepared. They put possibly frozen escargot on the dish, throw cheese on top of it and then pop it in the oven. NO FUCKING TASTE. I could use a mouthful of salt with every escargot. It suck.

Fish and Chips:

This is probably the only edible thing. The fries was quite alright actually. Becox it goes with the ketchup and ketchup was the only taste i could understand in the whole dinner. Though i am not particularly impressed with the fish cox the batter is kinda soggy.

Mushroom soup:

I would throw this in the rubbish chute if i was at home. And just FYI, my rubbish is outside my house but yes i will go the extra mile just to dump this mushroom soup away. It's beyond crap. There's NO FUCKING FLAVOUR. I couldn't taste a single shit so i added some salt and pepper to it. Nothing. Then i added more salt and pepper to it. Yet all i could taste is what i would call Blended Soil mix with water. It's hands down the worst mushroom soup i ever tasted. Then again i didn't manage to taste anything cox there was again, NO FUCKING TASTE to the mushroom soup.

I just cannot understand how can a bistro that's been around so damn long, not be able to get a simple mushroom soup right. WELL IF YOU CAN'T GET IT RIGHT, BUY AND SERVE FUCKING CANNED MUSHROOM SOUP!!! They already taste 100382970 times better than the shit you are serving now!!!

It's either the chefs at Frienzie did a group gathering and cut all their tongues off or burnt all their tongues collectively, so bad they cannot taste their own cooking, or they don't taste their own cooking, or their standard of acceptable food is hospital food for a very sick patient who has allergy to all sorts of spice, herbs, salt and pepper etc.

Seriously Frienzie, you are going to close down. I hope soon. Thank you and you're welcome.

All they should do is just brainless frozen-to-deep-fried finger food with lotsa free ketchup and chili sauce. In fact if i am willing to pay for anything at Frienzie, it'd have to be the ketchup and chili sauce. You know, anything that is bought and already pre-seasoned. Not cooked or made by the chefs there.

If i am any one working at the kitchen there, i'd kill myself. Cox how can anyone suck so much at what they are supposed to be good at. I suck at cooking but i think i can whip up better shit than the shit served at Frienzie.

But hey, despite all these. They are still a plenty good place for beer and chillout. Especially if you love to chill with ants crawling on your table and plates and cups =)

And flying insects =D

You know all these would be acceptable if their kitchen was serving better food like they used to cox afterall they are consider a alfresco dining area.

Now they fuck it all up with the food and there goes the only fine bistro in Punggol. So ultimate cannot forgive them for not dealing with the ants and insect issue!!!
